Creating work to help Poole-based eco-warriors save the planet.
Oceans to Earth are a client of Tidal Studios. Whilst working for them, some of the freelance projects I have been given are for Oceans to Earth – a Poole-based organisation aiming to go above and beyond and provide the resources and information to help allow people to get involved and help out.
The first project I was tasked with was designing a logo for the newly fledged company; using an idea based off the Ying and Yang symbol, I looked at things that have connotations of nature and environmental issues – I designed one side to be shaped like a leaf and the other to be shaped like a water drop.
I later helped with some major design aspects for the new website design for Oceans to Earth. They had originally had a website but changed the company name and therefore needed a new website design, I helped with the design of the website as well as being tasked with designing the website to be formatted so it’s mobile responsive.
